As part of a growing effort to support local entrepreneurship and build wealth in unincorporated Alameda County, Mandela Partners, the Alameda County Economic & Civic Development Department, and Resources for Community Development came together to create a vibrant business incubator for local entrepreneurs looking to sell their food and gain experience in running a retail business with low overhead costs.
