Clandestina Cocina is a result of longing for flavors, music, and arts of my hometown Havana in Cuba. Through Clandestina Cocina I found the way to express and connect with community by opening an invitation to learn and enjoy our culture through my recipes. We specialize in traditional Cuban cuisine using simple ingredients, spices, and seasonal produce.
